Caprese Salad by Matt Schwaiger

In large bowl fill with desired amount of fresh grown organic tomatoes

Add cucumber or favorite cheese

Add chopped fresh picked Basil

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Toss lightly with large spoon and garnish with fresh basil!
