3 perfectly ripe avocados (Soft on the ends, not on the side. If the avocados are too soft all over, they are too ripe)
1/2  lime (about 1 tablespoon of lime juice)
2 cups chopped fresh cilantro
1 large garlic clove finely minced
1/2 tsp of cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sea salt

Optional: fresh chopped jalapeno to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Seasoning amounts will depend on the size of the avocados, so adjust them to taste.
