Zucchini Pancakes

The recipe for Zucchini Pancakes is very flexible.

About two cups of grated zucchini, well squeezed out.
Few (2 or 3) tablespoons of flour
A beaten egg
A few tablespoons of parmesan cheese.

Mixe up all the ingredients
Fry in a combination of olive oil and butter and keep warm in oven till all are cooked.
